Short answer
You can view the profile image Instagram displays for a public account, but that does not guarantee access to the original full-resolution upload. InstaMinsta does not currently provide a DP downloader and does not access private profiles. The page remains at the same address to correct the older Google result.
Public and private accounts
A public account exposes the profile information Instagram chooses to display. A private account still has privacy boundaries, and no responsible tool should claim to bypass them. Never share login credentials, two-factor codes, or session cookies with a profile-picture website.
Getting the correct file
If the image belongs to you, use your original file or Instagram's account-data tools. If it belongs to another person or organization, ask them to provide the approved image. Enlarging a small displayed thumbnail does not recreate lost detail and can produce artifacts.
Responsible use
Do not use profile images for impersonation, harassment, deceptive advertising, biometric analysis, or republication without permission. Public visibility does not remove copyright, identity, or privacy considerations.
For currently supported downloads, provide a direct link to an available public Instagram video or Instagram Reel. Profile links are intentionally rejected.
